Primate Photography at the Detroit Zoo

Finding time to photograph for fun can sometimes be difficult when trying to juggle my parenting responsibilities.  When my daughter suggests a trip to the zoo, however, I always take my camera. She inevitably falls asleep in the stroller and I get an hour to challenge myself on what I can capture in non-natural habitats with one camera and one lens. Here are a couple snaps from this afternoon, with minimal editing.  These were shot handheld on my Canon 5D Mark III with my Canon 100-400mm zoom using available natural light.
